What to Expect at Your Brazilian Wax
Your Brazilian wax appointment is designed to be comfortable, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. Hair should ideally be about 1/4 to 1/2 inch long—roughly two to four weeks of growth after shaving - for the best results.
During your appointment, professional hard or soft wax is used to remove unwanted hair from the Brazilian area while keeping your comfort and skin health in mind. You're always welcome to ask questions, take a break, or let me know if you need anything throughout your service.
After your wax, we'll go over personalized aftercare, exfoliation, and product recommendations to help keep your skin smooth and reduce the chance of irritation and ingrown hairs.
Before Your Appointment
~ Allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks of hair growth after shaving
~ Gently exfoliate beforehand, but skip exfoliation the day of your appointment
~ Come with clean skin free of heavy lotions or oils

Feeling a little nervous before your first Brazilian wax is completely normal—and you definitely don’t need to know what you’re doing before you arrive.
I’ll walk you through the process, answer your questions, explain positioning as we go, and make sure you know what to expect. There’s no need to feel embarrassed about your hair growth, body, skin, or anything else. I’ve seen it all, and my job is simply to give you a thorough wax while making the experience as comfortable as possible.
You’re always in control of your appointment. If you need a break, have a question, or want me to explain something before we continue, just say so.

Brazilian Wax Aftercare
What you do after your Brazilian wax matters just as much as the appointment itself. Proper aftercare helps minimize irritation, prevent ingrown hairs, and keep your skin smooth between waxes.
First 24–48 Hours
~ Avoid excessive sweating and strenuous exercise
~ Avoid sex and unnecessary friction
~ Skip hot tubs, pools, baths, and other standing water
~ Avoid excessive heat and direct sun exposure
~ Wear loose, clean, breathable clothing when possible
Between Appointments
~ Begin gentle exfoliation about 3–4 days after waxing
~ Exfoliate according to the specific exfoliator's instructions
~ Moisturize daily with a noncomedogenic moisturizer
~ Avoid overly picking at ingrown hairs or irritated follicles
~ Stay consistent with your waxing schedule for the best results
